The following workshops were scheduled in 2007.

The meeting agendas for September 18 and October 2 were as follows:
WORKSHOP #1 AGENDA
September 18, 2007
Pioneer High School Cafeteria
6:00 – 6:30 Open House. This is your opportunity to preview information about the project and the study area and to meet and talk to members of the design team.
6:30 – 7:10 Presentation. Team members will present an overview of proposed project components, as well as preliminary ideas about alternative approaches for structuring the project. Evaluation criteria for selecting a preferred project approach will also be reviewed as a starting point for discussion at Workshop #2.
7:10 – 7:40 Questions and Answers
7:40 – 8:00 Public Involvement Process Confirmation/Refinement. Team members will provide an overview of the planned public participation process and ask for your input on the strategies that are most helpful in keeping the community informed and getting input on the project.
WORKSHOP #2 AGENDA
October 2, 2007
Pioneer High School Cafeteria
6:00 – 6:30 Open House. Another opportunity to preview information about the project – especially for those who could not attend Workshop #1 -- and to meet and talk to members of the design team.
6:30 – 6:45 Agenda Overview. Team members will provide an overview of the agenda, materials and time frames for small group work.
6:45 – 8:15 Small Group Work. This is our chance to hear your ideas and get a sense of your priorities. We will work in small groups to provide everyone the greatest opportunity for participation. Each group will have a facilitator.
8:15 – 8:45 Summary and Next Steps. We will review the results of the small group work and outline the next steps for the project.
